Dogal Destek Urunleri Arastirma San. ve Tic. A.S. was founded in 2009 as an R&D project by a group of like-minded friends (professors, engineers, political leaders) backed by the Pharmaceutical Cooperative Association of Turkey. At our R&D base we evaluate seeds and plants from all over Turkey, in search of more effective and healthier means of extracting essential oils from the country's rich, unspoiled farming resources. Our production facilities are located at Soke in the rich Aydin agricultural region south of Izmir. In many areas of the world the food chain is being destroyed-literally at its roots. Over-dependence on fertilizers and pesticides are depleting the living soil in which plants grow. Resultant increase in crop yields are offset by huge declines in the nutritional value of the fruits and vegetables grown and consumed. Worse, these farming practices are unsustainable-the soil is dying; dustbowls may well result. Our company aims at countering these unsustainable farming and land management methods by supporting the traditional, natural farming practices still prevalent in Turkey. By working directly with the Turkish farmers; by creating value-added agricultural opportunities; by a philosophy of zero waste, thus creating greater returns to Turkish agriculture, which is mostly a decentralized collection of small, family-owned farms ... thanks to which Turkey has largely avoided the onslaught of unsustainable, chemically-driven, corporate farming practices. Our Essential Oils and Supercritical CO2 Extracts are for use in Flavor, Fragrance, Aromatherapy, Nutraceutical, Cosmetics and Cosmeceutical applications. Our products are available in both bulk and bottled, personal-use sizes. The latter for Private Labelling.Our company is in the enviable position of having an abundant source of nature's products in their purest form, grown the "old fashioned way" on family-owned farms. This purity is maintained during the extraction process, by using water vapor distillation for aromatic / medicinal plants and supercritical CO2 extraction to obtain the natural oils from, seeds and other plant material.
